1st Line Technical Support

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Full-Time)

At, we truly believe that we are able to offer an exceptional product and an extremely high level of service to our customers and to support our growth, we have a requirement for 1st Line Technical Support who will operate as technical care and support for any aspects of the telephony systems for all customers.


  • Customer Support: The primary duty is to provide top-notch technical care and assistance to customers. This involves addressing customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensuring that every interaction with customers results in a positive experience. This includes delivering solutions within agreed SLAs and going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with both customers and suppliers. This involves keeping customers informed about the progress of their inquiries, as well as collaborating with suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support Ticket Management: Accurately documenting and updating support tickets with relevant information. This helps in tracking the status of customer issues and ensures a streamlined resolution process.
  • Adherence to Company Guidelines: Following company-defined work instructions pertaining to internal CRM systems, platforms, supplier escalation processes, and handling customer complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with team members to share knowledge, insights, and solutions. A cooperative approach enhances the overall effectiveness of customer support efforts.


  • Telecommunications experience is required
  • Experience within Technical Support
