Senior Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,000

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Full-Time)

At circle.cloud, we truly believe that we are able to offer an exceptional product and an extremely high level of service to our customers and to support our growth, we have an immediate requirement for a Senior Customer Service Advisor who will operate as the first line support for all customer enquiries and on the technical support helpdesk.

Requirements:

  • 3 Years of Customer Service experience required 
  • Passionate about the customer experience, and providing the best service possible
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proven track record of delivery against KPIs and SLAs
  • Ability to problem-solve with expertise in troubleshooting and creating solutions 
  • An effective approach to challenging conversations, utilising strong communication skills
  • Superior organisation skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Affinity for technology and innovation

About the role:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all of your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Gaining a full understanding of all of the products that we sell and answering any support-related queries
  • Handling billing enquiries
  • Innovate in your department and be able to implement new processes
