About the role:
- Instaling and configuring hardware, software, systems and networks on site
- Network equipment installation and maintenance
- Fault finding and rectification
- Cable installation and terminations
- Customer training
- Produce reports for site visits as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of all sites
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Network Engineering
- Full driving license required
- Over 21 (Due to van insurance purposes)
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and maintain strict attention to detail
- Affinity for technology and innovation

More about the role:
At circle.cloud, we truly believe that we are able to offer an exceptional product and an extremely high level of service to our customers and to support our growth, we have an immediate requirement for an Experience Network Engineer who will be primarily responsible for visiting customer sites, installing and maintaining internet-based phone systems and related network equipment, and training customers on how to use their new phone systems. You will also occasionally assist with site surveys and when in the office, help with resolving service requests.
