The service is focused on everyday essentials rather than complex projects or bespoke software, giving you a simple, predictable way to keep your IT environment safe, working and under control. Everything is wrapped into one clear, fixed per-user monthly price plan.
Is IT Essentials the right level of IT support for our business?
It is a great fit if most of your work runs through Microsoft 365, web applications and a small number of laptops, desktops and tablets. Typical customers have between five and fifty users, with staff who just want their devices, email and files to work properly without constant disruption. We are less suited to environments built around complex on-premise servers, bespoke legacy systems or highly specialised industry applications that need deep, custom support.

Day to day, your team contacts our UK-based helpdesk directly for IT issues by phone, email or portal. Most requests are handled remotely, with on-site visits for hardware problems when required. IT Essentials is provided on a simple monthly per-user contract, aligned with your existing circle.cloud telecoms services where possible.
As you grow, adding or removing users is straightforward, and we will regularly review your setup to keep it aligned with best practice and your business goals. There is no long minimum commitment.
